Cancellation Policy for StufaCart 
At Stufa Cart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify an order. Please review our cancellation policy below for more details. 
1. Order Cancellation Request 
Eligibility: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Order Processing 
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait until the item is delivered, and then initiate a return following our Returns & Exchanges Policy
3. Refunds 
If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item. 
4. Exceptions 
If there are any issues with your order that were caused by StufaCart (such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, etc.), we will notify you immediately, and we will offer a full refund or assist with alternative solutions.
